We recently visited sleep shop De Nachtwacht to find out information and the prices of an Auping mattress and mesh base. We were welcomed with a smile, we got plenty of information and advice, and explored the very wide range of products and possibilities. The team let us look around undisturbed, at our own pace. No one was pushy and we were able to test various mattresses.

We enjoyed talking to the friendly and customer-focused saleswomen who gave us information with a lot of passion and drive, which is certainly not a given elsewhere. We were convinced. We went back and made our purchase.

The order was delivered as agreed and within the timeframe we had been given. The installers were also very kind and polite, and everything was assembled just as it should be. We recently phoned the shop because we had an additional question about the way ‘Auping Connect’ works. There was no need for us to phone the shop several times, because we were contacted very quickly and given all the necessary explanations. What a great follow-up!

What an amazing shop! The saleswomen, the installers.... Everything and everyone was so well organised. We are very satisfied customers.
